Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

CJ Currently ships to all 52 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

 We offer returns, and exchanges.  Packages generally arrive in 5-10 business days after your order is placed. If you need an order expedited, we have an expedited shipping option at checkout! Please note we only ship within the USA.

Our default shipping option is USPS/UPS Ground shipping with free delivery on orders over $45. Which on average takes about 5 business days to arrive. 

How long is order processing times?  

Due to COVID please allow 3-5 days for orders to process, we apologize for this delay, as it is out of our hands. We are doing everything we can to reduce the order processing time. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.  If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@collectivelyjoy.com as soon as possible.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by one of our carriers, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. If this instance occurs please contact us  at support@collectivelyjoy.com directly to further investigate.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

* Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace.

 

 PO/P.O. BOXES:

We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be canceled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out. 

 

CHARGEBACK FRAUD DISCLAIMER:

With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, Collectively Joy has contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation OUR  legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the  FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.

Please note any person filing chargebacks to go around store policies will be subject to the above. 

Please note any chargeback filed will forfeit any store credits. Should your bank side with us your store credit will not be reactivated and its lost for good.
